Q1: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A:
MOQ varies by part. For standard catalog products, MOQ starts at 500–1,000 pieces. For custom-developed parts, we accept pilot runs as low as 100 pieces to support your NPI stage. Our engineering team will work with you to optimize the MOQ based on your annual demand and tooling cost amortization.

Q2: What is your typical lead time?
A:
Standard catalog products: 15–20 days for repeat orders. Custom-developed parts: 30–60 days including tooling fabrication and T1 samples. Mass production orders: 25–35 days after PO confirmation. For urgent programs, we offer expedited ‘fast-track’ service at additional cost.

Q4: Can you support product design and engineering?

Yes. Our 150+ R&D engineers specialize in synchronous development, mold design, DFM optimization, material selection, and structural simulation. We can join your project at concept stage to shorten development cycle and reduce total cost.

Q5: Do you offer samples?
A:
Yes. We provide samples for standard catalog products (often free of charge, freight collect) and custom-developed prototypes (sample cost based on tooling and material, deductible from bulk order). Typical sample lead time: 7–15 days for standard products; 20–30 days for custom prototypes.

Q6: What are your payment terms?
A:
Standard terms: 30% T/T deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. For long-term strategic partners, we offer Net-30 to Net-60 day terms. L/C at sight accepted for orders above USD 50,000.

Q7: Do you support confidential or proprietary projects?
A:
Absolutely. We routinely sign NDAs and IP protection agreements. We maintain dedicated secure project rooms, segregated tooling storage, and access-controlled documentation. Our legal team supports full NDA, NNDA, and project-specific IP frameworks.
